The new Sports Training Facility
Welcome to Aegis' Sports Training Program!
This innovative program is one of the only programs in the Pioneer Valley to help athletes
improve their chances of optimal performance by being physically ready to play. We will address
training for dynamic warm up, flexibility, strengthening, power, speed, balance, coordination,
and static stretching. Success with these components of the program will help with injury
We will help to identify where your athlete has weaknesses and design/implement a corrective
program. Your commitment to the program will directly correlate with your improvements.
Exercise does not happen by itself. It takes effort, focus, determination, and persistence.
